Mr. Trinder is a senior energy industry investment banking veteran with over 15 years of corporate finance and structuring experience covering the broad spectrum of products including direct equity investments, IPOs, follow-ons, equity linked securities, private equity, public bonds and loan syndications. Mr. Trinder founded MLP Protocol in 2008 focusing on investing in the MLP space and more recently began providing independent analytics on the space via www.MLPprotocol.com. Mr. Trinder worked in First Union/Wachovia’s Energy and Power Investment Banking Group (now part of Wells Fargo) from 1995 to 2008 covering upstream, midstream, downstream and oilfield service companies. He has experienced the growth of the current MLP space first hand and worked on hundreds of corporate finance transactions over that time frame.
