This investment is designed for those with a five-year retirement  horizon in mind. It seeks a combination of dividend-paying stocks, as well as growth stocks that are trading at reasonable prices compared to book value. In addition to common stocks, it may include high-yield bond ETFs, master limited partnerships and certain specialized real estate investment trusts.
